Child Porn Arrest: Man Nabbed By State Police In Hudson Valley Following Tip

A man was charged with two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child after New York State Police received a tip.

Dutchess County resident Charles Beisser, age 61, of Dover, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 6.

According to Trooper AJ Hicks, of the New York State Police, the department received a tip setting off an investigation that determined Beisser was in possession of child pornography.

Beisser was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Dover Court on Monday, Nov.13.
